Buffalo Farm Tour, Mozzarella & Cheese Tasting in Paestum

The tour details vary depending on your chosen schedule: if you select the 8:00 AM slot, you'll observe the cheese-making process, with the visit concluding at 8:30 AM. Afterwards, from 8:30 to 11:30 AM, you can explore the archaeological park at your leisure or enjoy some shopping before heading to the buffalo farm at 11:30 AM and view these beautiful animals. The lunch will begin at 12:00 PM.

For other times, the cheese-making demonstration will not be included, and the visit will focus solely on the buffalo farm visit and the subsequent meal.
Indeed, if you select the 11AM slot, you will only see the farm, then you will observe the buffalo herd and then the lunch will follow. The lunch will begin at 12:00 PM.

After the farm visit and observing the buffalos, you will finally savor a light lunch with a tasting of fresh buffalo cheese, allowing you to enjoy its rich and delicate flavor straight from the source. Indeed, the light lunch that follows features a cheese platter with buffalo mozzarella, bufala provolone, buffalo ricotta, smoked caciocavallo, buffalo cheese and buffalo caciocavallo, complemented by a local wine.
