Located in the heart of the city at Via Victor Hugo, this venue reflects the refined atmosphere of a bygone era, exuding tradition, meticulous craftsmanship, and high-quality products.

Since its inception, the production methods have remained unchanged, with the handmade preparation of marrons glacés and pralines, crafted without the use of preservatives, preserving authentic flavor and artisanal integrity. Marrons glacés are candied chestnuts that are carefully preserved in sugar syrup, resulting in a sweet, tender treat with a rich, nutty flavor. They are a traditional delicacy often enjoyed during festive seasons.
