Join a guided tour of a family-run company, where every step of the production process is carefully overseen and see all machines used to produced this green gold. You will be able to visit the ancient mill and the new technological mill.

From the moment the olives reach optimal ripeness, they are hand-picked directly from the tree and immediately transported to the mill to preserve their freshness.

Using traditional cold-pressing techniques, performed on the same day, the olives are transformed into a vibrant, pure oil, maintaining its authentic flavors and aroma. This craftsmanship is the fruit of a long-standing family experience, enhanced by expertise in agronomy and engineering.

Over the years, the techniques for cultivation and harvesting have been perfected, blending natural materials like granite and stone with modern elements such as glass and steel to elevate efficiency while respecting tradition.

Following the tour of the oil mill, be invited to a tasting session where you can savor the delicate, rich flavors of the extra virgin olive oil drizzled on fresh bruschetta.
