Start this experience like an italian-style aperitivo with a top sparkling wine from North Italy: Alta Langa or another Piemontese sparkling wine. Learn its production methods and its characteristics.

You will then explore a local white wine (like Roero Arneis) to pair with a selection of local cured meat and cheeses. Learn how terroir is affecting these wines that are increasingly surprising in the international wine scene.
