    Experience an unforgettable journey through the vineyards, the cellar and the aging barrels.

    In the heart of the Euganean Hills, next top Padova, time stands still among ancient vines and breathtaking landscapes. Here, Cantina Salvin was born, characterised by a unique passion for winemaking.

    A sensory journey crafted by winemakers who uphold the winemaking tradition of native Venetian vines and explore the potential of red grape varieties.
    In the countryside, accompanied by oenological guides, you will set off to discover the vineyards cultivated in pergola and Guyot styles. You'll walk among the estate's vines to understand where a quality product originates.
    In the cellar, you will uncover the secrets of stainless steel processing, where all wines begin their fermentation.

    Next, you will explore the oak barrels, each imparting unique characteristics to the wine. A passion for winemakers who meticulously search for the perfect tasting notes for each label.

    You will finally taste seven wines that characterize the Euganean Hills area by the winery: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The tasting includes sparkling, white, and especially young and aged red wines. The wines will be paired with local cheeses and cured meats, to complement the flavours.

    You will find this winery in Due Carrare, a village close to Padova, in the Colli Euganei park. The place is 25 minutes away when driving from Padova.

    If you don't have a car, the best way from Venice is by train to Padua and then bus. Get off at CASTELLO DEL CATAJO / E00020 bus stop. Ask to the driver to stop you there when you get in.

    By Bus

    The winery is at 600 meters from the bus stop. Reach the winery from Padua bus station, take the line towards:

    Monselice / Rovigo E016 or towards Este (E013V). Service available Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays from Padua.

    By Train (less suggested):

    Take the train in Padua or Bologna to Battaglia Terme station (Padua-Bologna line) and the winery is 1,5 km away from the station
