Begin your experience with a brief walk in the vineyard, followed by a visit to the cellar. Learn about the main stages of production, from pruning to harvest, as you walk among the rows.

Then, you will enjoy a tasting of local 3 wines: you will start by observing the wine's color, which reveals a lot about its story, from the type of grape to the production method. Move on to the aroma analysis, where notes of fruit, spices and elements typical of the Tuscan territory emerge.

Finally, taste each of the wines and understand their tasting notes and unique flavour; bread and local EVO oil will serve as pairings for the wines. You will learn to appreciate the balance, structure and persistence of each wine, providing a complete view of its quality.
