    Your visit begins with a warm welcome from our team, who will introduce you to the philosophy behind the winery — a place where passion, craftsmanship, and Sicilian terroir come together. The tasting takes place in a cozy, accessible space designed to immerse you in an atmosphere of authenticity and conviviality.

    The experience unfolds through a curated tasting of three exceptional wines, each representing the essence of Sicily:


    • Cutò Grillo DOC Sicilia 2024 — a bright, aromatic white wine that captures the Mediterranean sun, with notes of citrus, herbs, and a refreshing mineral finish.
    • Cutò Nero d’Avola DOC Sicilia 2023 — the island’s iconic red grape, expressing intensity, soft tannins, and ripe red fruit flavors that embody the Sicilian landscape.
    • Passito di Uve Zibibbo 2021 — a luscious dessert wine with floral and honeyed notes, the perfect way to conclude your tasting journey.

    Alongside each glass, you’ll enjoy a selection of traditional Sicilian specialties carefully chosen to enhance the flavors of the wines:


    • Bruschette topped with sun-dried tomato pâté, green olive pâté, and local extra virgin olive oil with oregano.

    Meet Your Host

    Meet your host in Contrada Chitarra along Via Salemi, in the countryside between Marsala and Trapani. There is no direct public transport to reach the winery. Driving is the most convenient and reliable option.

    By Car

    From Trapani (approx. 25–30 minutes):

    • Take the SS115 toward Marsala.
    • Continue until you reach the junction for Via Salemi / Contrada Chitarra, follow the signs along the countryside road until you reach km 19.

    From Marsala (approx. 20 minutes):

    • Take the SS115 toward Trapani.
    • Turn inland following the signs for Via Salemi.
    • Continue along Contrada Chitarra until you reach km 19, where the winery is located.
