Experience the full journey of the Tonda IGP Hazelnut, from grove to table!

Enjoy a delightful tasting journey in the Valle Maira, close to the Langhe subregion, featuring a selection of products crafted from the esteemed Tonda IGP hazelnuts, harvested and certified IGP in Piemonte, an autochthonous variety called Tonda Gentile Trilobata. All hazelnuts used are exclusively sourced from locally cultivated lands, freshly harvested, and certified IGP in Piemonte, obtained through organic farming practices and ensuring the highest quality and authenticity.

These exceptional products are produced directly on the same farm where the tasting takes place, offering an authentic farm-to-table experience. The tasting includes toasted hazelnuts that highlight their rich, roasted flavor, along with an assortment of baked goods made with generous amounts of hazelnuts.

Creamy spreads containing at least 50% hazelnuts offer a smooth, indulgent experience, while most of the fruit preserves with no added sugars will provide a naturally sweet and versatile pairing option.

To enhance the tasting, Moscato wine or Zabaione are offered as perfect accompaniments, elevating the flavors and creating a harmonious balance. Concluding the experience, savor a sample of Genepy, a traditional herbal liqueur produced locally.

All these delicacies are produced largely within the same farm where the tasting takes place, ensuring an authentic and engaging "farm-to-table" experience at the foot of the Cottian Alps mountain range, at the entrance to the Maira Valley.

For younger guests, a non-alcoholic beverage will be served; instead, they will enjoy fresh apple juice, ensuring a family-friendly atmosphere.
