Your visit begins with a warm welcome and a short introduction to the family's story — from its humble beginnings as a rustic farmhouse tavern, a local tradition once used for selling homemade wine and farm products.

You'll then set off on a relaxed walk through the olive grove right outside the farmhouse, where your host will explain how the trees are tended through the seasons and what makes this particular stretch of land, caught between the Carso plateau and the Julian Alps, so special for growing olives.

After the walk, you'll head to the small on-site press house, where the olives are transformed into oil. Here, the process is explained step by step — from harvest to milling to bottling — giving you real insight into how extra virgin olive oil actually reaches the table. The highlight comes next: a guided tasting of four different extra virgin olive oils, each with its own character, aroma and flavour profile, served alongside fresh bread and crunchy breadsticks to cleanse the palate between pours.
